- Leadership/employee coaching and consultation
- Workgroup skill development and/or training sessions
- Performance management and related processes
- Survey preparation, delivery and outcomes and results summary
- Special services facilitated by the consultant including:
- Dispute resolution and/or mediation
- Management and employee coaching session(s)
- Critical incident stress management (CISM)
- Phase 3 – Overview of outcomes and results
- Planning of future strategies based on projected needs and trends
- Evaluation of process
